Eye manages the created documents on the device.

Created documents can be send and received via Email, FTP and social media.
Requirement for sending in compact format is that receiving party also has the Account (on desktop) or Eye app (on mobile device) installed.

Eye functions as document scanner for Account offering similar functionality as desktop printer-with-A4-scanner and stand alone A4 scanners.

This removes the need to collect and keep numerous small expense documents that came by parking, buying groceries, or even online purchases (eye can scan other computer screen via the camera but also see its own smartphone display).

Eye copies content but does not check if you are entitled to do so.
Take this in consideration while using the Eye app as you might not be allowed to duplicate or distribute media content (especially the last).

Like Account, Eye can talk and is able to read upload the content of the seen document.  This is not only convenient for the visual impaired but also for everybody who enjoys speed-reading papers or manuals and listening to the read content at a later more convenient or leisure moment in time.

In combination with Account and Pilot, Eye can bridge data between not connected environments.

Meaning that scanned documents can be uploaded to your desktop systems and processed (booked) there fully autonomous when you get in reach of your home or office wifi.

Eye can be configured to upload the normal images from your smartphone (photographed on the move) to your desktop system.

This is preferred over cloud solutions that do not store your pictures eternally and some of those might be dear memories that you wanted to keep.

Storing all your private pictures in cloud solution is not such a good idea (consider who has access besides you and what happens with your data when the provider of this service stops offering that service).

Scanned documents are in Note format.
So you can use them directly in Account on your desktop system without need for further conversions.

Digitized documents can be copied to your Account diary either as linked document or as (part of) text.

Account can extract parts of documents produced by Eye and move this information into database tables autonomous.

Scanned text can be part of created websites when moved to a diary entry first.
